Key Responsibilities

· To contribute ideas to technology development strategies and maintain a culture of continual improvement and scientific excellence

· To maintain mammalian cell cultures

· To test ADCs in cell-based assays

· To perform the interpretation of cell-based results

· To analyse ADCs by FACS

· To perform transient transfection

· To operate laboratory equipment and ensure its maintenance

· To present results in written reports and oral presentations at team meetings

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

It is essential that the successful candidate possess:

· Experience in mammalian cell cultures

· Experience in immunohistochemistry staining

· Experience in in-vitro assay development for drug screening.

· Experience in handling and analysing protein samples (UV-vis spectrometry, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE, ELISA)

· Hands-on experience with flow cytometry.

It is desirablethat the successful candidate possess:

· Knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing or products

· Knowledge of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs)

· Experience of working with antibodies

Education and Training

Minimum BSc in Cell Biology or related science discipline and 2-4 years industrial experience
