Amulet Part of the Churchill Group is looking for a new Night CCTV Officer Position

Site: Rushden Lakes Shopping Complex

Shift Pattern Will be 4 on - 4 Off 19:00 - 07:00

Pay Rate: £10.03 an hour

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

- Provide a customer friendly, reassuring, professional security presence.

- Provide a visible security contact for customers and staff.

- Provide excellent customer service.

- Loss prevention.

- Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activity.

- Liaising with the Police and store management where required.

- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

-Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

Essential:

-Customer service and interpersonal skills

-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

-SIA license - DS or Security

- Previous experience of working in a Retail Security Role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Experience:

-Customer Service 3+ years (Preferred)

- Retail Security 3+ years (Preferred)

- CCTV Licence - (Essential)
