VNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CCTV Operator for our client based in Romford. This is a full-time position, 7 days on 7 days off and a mixture of days and nights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of designated areas
  • Conduct routine checks of surveillance equipment and report any issues promptly
  • Respond to alarms and alerts, taking appropriate action as per standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with security personnel to enhance overall safety measures
  • Document incidents and maintain accurate records of activities during shifts
  • Provide support in emergency situations, assisting law enforcement if required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CCTV Operative or in a related security role
  • Familiarity with various surveillance technologies and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to surveillance activities
