COVER FOR CAR PARK ATTENDANT / CCTV officer

Main Duties: Responsibilities includes  To act as the first point of contact for motorist, site owners and public, delivering excellent customer communication, guidance and assistance.  To ensure that vehicle contravening the set terms and conditions are accurately issued a parking charge notice and collate all necessary supporting evidence.  To perform daily checks and undertake ticket replenishment to the pay machine and parking system  To observe when patrolling of any maintenance requirements. Assist the collection, controlling and checking of cash as required. Health and safety  Ensure the companies health and safety policy statement and procedure manual adhere to  Assist with implementation and monitoring of company’s internal procedure as required.  Accurate completion of daily occurrence book.  Safe and efficient use of authorised equipment.  Carry out any other tasks as reasonably detailed by the Depot Manager/Supervisor Essential Criteria  SIA Security or CCTV License  Must be polite, and courteous  Must be punctual and reliable with a great work ethic  Well organised must have a high level of initiative and resourcefulness  Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure What we can offer you:  Starting from £ 10.18 per Hour.  Annual leave entitlements  Life assurance scheme  Pension Scheme  The opportunity to develop your security career with access to SIA training and development programmes  Employee Assistance Programme that provides a health and wellbeing support service Group Nexus Ltd.
