The company:

Camera Security Services is a family owned and managed business based in Chippenham, providing integrated security solutions to companies, local authorities, councils, schools, and individuals across the country. We specialise in CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, fire safety and remote CCTV monitoring. We have a national client base.

We pride ourselves on the people who work for us and are seeking enthusiastic and attentive Control room Operator to join our well established (20+ years) and growing organisation.

Your duties:

Telephone and computer operation; handling CCTV activations; dealing with the emergency services when required; decision making; incident reports; working with MS office programmes; amongst other things.

We operate within set procedures using specially designed computer software, and full training will be given.

Your qualities:

- Be able to work well as part of a team and on your own

- Be willing and able to work both day and night shifts

- Be confident and able to communicate well with others.

- Will possess some good customer care experience to build on.

- Friendly with a good sense of humour.

- Be highly motivated and willing to learn new things.

- Can pay attention to detail and willing to get the job done.

- Enthusiastic, energetic, and punctual.

- Be a good listener and have patience.

- Be organised, able to multi-task whilst maintaining accuracy.
