We are looking for an Assistant Manager to assist and deputise for our Catering Manager in the efficient running of the Rooftop Restaurant, Theatre Bars, Café, and Green Room. You will provide a general and high standard hospitality service throughout our buildings. You will be responsible for running shifts, with the support of our Catering Supervisors.

Duties And Responsibilities Will Include
  • Working collaboratively with the Catering Managers to deliver a quality food and beverage offer that promotes the Rooftop Restaurant, Riverside Café and Theatre Bars
  • Coaching, training and developing staff to deliver service in line with agreed standards
  • Running daily staff briefings to cover the menu, offer or service changes
  • Managing, receiving, and marking off deliveries of consumables to the bars
  • Enhancing the visitor experience through the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service
  • Managing all bill handling procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, associated legislative regulations and Health and Safety requirements
  • Managing all areas to ensure they are safe, clean and suitable for all visitor
To Be Successful In This Role You Must
  • Have an exceptional understanding of drinks and the service of alcohol
  • Have great leadership and people management skills
  • Be confident talking to people at all levels
  • Able to deliver fantastic customer service
  • Experience of working in fast paced, high volume waiter service restaurants and cafes with a quality retail offer.
  • Be able to build positive relationships
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Have an understanding of all Health and Safety legislation
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, working shifts (including evenings and weekends), 5 days over seven with two days off per week.
