Casual Support Workers Ref: SL/620

£9.20 per hour

Casual hours available - shifts will be Monday to Friday between 8:30- 16:30

North Kirklees Supported Living Service and Outreach

This is a fantastic new opportunity for a dynamic individual who is interested in getting into social care and support work. The support is tailored around clients needs and includes supporting clients to remain within their tenancy, to gain independence and enable them to take control and make their own choices in life.

The role involves managing a caseload, lone working throughout the North Kirklees area, completing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments and supporting our clients with attending medical appointments, social activities and other events within the local area.

Due to the nature of the role a full UK Driving License is essential.
