ABOUT LED Enterprises

LED Enterprises is our subsidiary company, to LED Community Leisure, that houses our three hospitality outlets, Ocean, Pavilion and Exeter Airport. As a multifaceted company we present an exciting opportunity for our Bar Team Member position at Pavilion Exmouth.

Exmouth Pavilion is a 541- seater theatre, situated in a fabulous seafront location, directly opposite a beautiful beach. We’re proud to be able to offer a diverse programme of events including musicals, touring productions, comedy, ballet, named artistes and tribute bands. Exmouth Pavilion is also available for you to hire for private celebrations, fairs, and conferences.


THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE:
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the bar, maintaining top-tier safety, customer service, and quality standards. Duties include delivering exceptional customer service, helping to managing ice-cream operations and stocking up to ensure we always have a full range of products for customers. Additionally, requires confidence and composure in serving drinks during intervals, ensuring a seamless bar service experience.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

The ideal candidate will have precise attention to detail, adept at both independent work and collaborative teamwork, and possessing a customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility for non-standard hours, confidence in customer service, and maintains empathy towards patrons. Desirable qualifications include a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, practical experience in a similar environment, and familiarity with the leisure and hospitality industry trends. This profile emphasises the need for a candidate who blends essential skills with industry-relevant knowledge, practical experience, and meets the age requirement stipulated by licensing law of over 18.
