Cash Operations Analyst

What you’ll be doing...

• To provide a first class AP service to the business, our suppliers and our contributors.
• Invoice and payment processing
• Responding to queries from the business, contributors and suppliers
• Improving paid on time metrics
• Contributing to a clean AP ledger
• Assist in maintaining AP data
• Review payments and invoices for potential fraud or errors escalating potential risks to management
• Investigate potential errors

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

• Experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience working on a modern finance system in a large business
• Good communicator with the ability to adopt the appropriate tone with the wider business
• Very service focused
• Strong attention to detail
• Assertive and confident
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to interrogate data quickly and accurately
• Working knowledge of Excel
