I’m currently working with a leading university that is on the search for a Casework Consultant on a 3-month contract working fully remotely.

Experience Required
  • Experience of undertaking a review of roles, responsibilities, and resource capacity of the Unit, working with the HR Business Partner to complete this exercise.
  • Identify opportunities for smarter ways of working and provide recommendations.
  • Review workloads across the unit and consider resource requirements.
  • Complete a review of roles and responsibilities and formal role analysis, with sector considerations and sustainability, in conjunction with HR
  • To complete a Stress Action Plan and/or Wellness Action Plan (advised by HR) for the Unit as a whole and to develop recommendations for managing stress and supporting staff wellness, recognising the challenges of the casework environment.
  • Experience of working in a similar level role in a Higher Education Environment
  • Knowledge of student casework in an HE setting and understanding of the work of the Office of the Independent Adjudicator, including the Good Practice Framework and of the QAA Quality Code.
