I’m looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade with experience with UPVC windows and doors, to carry out refurbishment works within empty social housing properties around the south of Birmingham The Carpenter Multi will be required to carry out repairs and refurb works including: Replacement of windows and doors (timber and UPVC) Replacement and repairs of skirting, architraves, kitchen worktops and units Basic plumbing Basic tiling Patch plastering Minor decorating works I’m looking for a Carpenter Multi that has: Social housing experience A full UK driving licence (a company van can be provided from day one) And in return, the Carpenter Multi will receive: £22 per hour Company van and fuel Card Over 6 months work If you’re interested in this Carpenter Multi role, then please apply online or call Oscar on (phone number removed)
