Just ONE will be flexible around your working needs. Just ONE have an exciting position available for a full-time Care Worker based in Bromborough to join our team. We offer a full range of NVQ’s/ QCF’s to support you within your role, with pay incentives for completion up to £10.50p/h. This is a 2:1 package, shift times will be 8pm-8am (waking nights). Where will you be working and what will you be doing? You will take great enjoyment as you support the Individual with epilepsy with moving and handling, transfers, and personal care. The Individual loves arts and crafts, watching TV and listening to music. The individual likes going to concerts and karaoke. This is more than a job; it is a rewarding career that will support the individual to live life to the full. As a resilient, friendly/compassionate, and reliable person, you will be supporting her to live as independently as possible. We are seeking a creative, dynamic, forward-thinking person who can be responsive to the needs of the individual. Full training will be provided. You will also receive ongoing support to ensure your continued professional development and enthusiasm for the role. You will have a can-do approach and be committed to supporting her in a positive, creative way. Support is personalised to meet the individual’s required needs giving a holistic approach. Support will be provided in the individuals own home/accessing the community. We support people all over the Wirral peninsular in their own home or out in the community in Bromborough, Heswall, Pensby, Moreton and Birkenhead.   • Shift patterns will include waking nights.
  • A Full UK Driving License is preferred but not essential.
  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred
  • Ability to prioritise actions to achieve goals that have been set Role Responsibilities

  • Administer medication (dependent on package of support)
