What does a Team Coordinator do?

The role of a Team Coordinator is to manage our Support Workers as well as to provide hands-on support for people with a learning disability.

Supporting someone with a learning disability isn’t just personal care; it’s so much more. A Team Coordinator will set objectives, manage a team and provide hands-on support. They need to be an example of best practices as well as assist in creating rotas and developing effective support plans.

What experience do I need?

You’ll need to have great communication skills and be highly organised. A good level of English and Maths is required, and we would like you to have experience in the care industry, particularly with supporting people with a learning disability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing, supervising, or team coordination in Supported living as well as strong knowledge of CQC.

On offer are a basic of £23,807.00 + enhancements ( mileage/ training costs, etc) and excellent benefits

Full time, 39 hours a week ( 5 days over 7)
