Service Name: Beech AvenueLocation: Bourne, Lincolnshire PE10 9RRSalary: £10.20 PHHours: 37.5 Hours PWWe are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Care Support Worker to manage the day-to-day running of our service in Bourne, Lincolnshire, helping service users with all aspects of their lives. This is a great opportunity for Support Workers who have a wealth of experience in the care environment ready to advance their careerOur Care Support Worker’s Duties Will Be
  • Providing social and emotional support, either at home and/or in their local community
  • Supporting residents with their personal care including personal hygiene needs if required
  • Support with their shopping and assisting with budgeting
  • Building/maintaining relationship with friends and family of our residents
  • Household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry
  • Going out for walks, meals and other activities that supported individuals may want to experience
Values And Skills Of Our Care Support Worker
  • Ideally you will have experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities including Autism. However, please do still apply even if you have limited experience in these areas as full training will be provided
  • You need to be a very calm, caring individual with a positive outlook
  • Empathy, caring and sensitivity to the needs of others
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer Literate
  • Car driver desirable but not essential
