Job Description


If you’re looking for regular hours and have good, consistent availability we can offer you a monthly guaranteed minimum income. Working on average 3 or 4 days per week including alternate weekends, shift patterns will be assigned on a set rota, examples below:

  • 8am – 2pm & 4pm – 9pm (Full time)
  • 8am – 2pm (Part time mornings)
  • 4pm – 9pm (Part time evenings)

If you’re looking for more flexibility, we also offer zero-hour contracts. This often suits people who don’t want as many hours, have less availability, or those wanting to provide companionship services only.

Regardless of your contractual arrangements, you’ll work with regular clients and provide a minimum of one-hour visits (companionship calls are often 2 - 4 hours long). Our aim is to provide proper care to our clients and be the employer of choice within the care sector.

As a Care Professional you will be responsible for supporting clients to undertake tasks in their daily routine such as: washing, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication administration. Other duties may include companionship, laundry or basic housekeeping. You will be supporting clients who have a variety of health conditions such as frailty and dementia. You will be helping to prevent loneliness, identify changes in health conditions, lift people’s mood and enhance the overall wellbeing of our clients.

You need to be honest, reliable and passionate about caring for clients within your community. You also need a valid driving licence and your own transport.


Qualifications


We would welcome individuals who can demonstrate their experience of care in a professional or personal capacity, however full training will be given.
