Salary: c £55-60,000 per annum + bonus

An established and popular residential care home in Chippenham, Wiltshire is seeking a new manager to continue its reputation for providing top quality residential and dementia care.

The 52-bed home is part of a successful and highly regarded corporate group which places a high emphasis on the quality of care which is delivered to its residents.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role in the elderly care sector. A nurse with an active pin is preferred but not essential.

Essential Requirements Are

A good understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to work closely and successfully with CQC

Strong commercial awareness

Good marketing skills in order to maintain high or maximum occupancy

Good knowledge of SOVA and person centred care

Experience working within residential/dementia care environments

Good leadership skills and a determination to deliver high quality careA salary of circa £55-60,000 is available to the right candidate plus a discretionary 20% bonus subject to KPIs
