We are looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable General Manager for a beautiful care home just 10 minutes from Peterborough City Centre.

As a General Manager you will be a confident and proven manager with a passion for elderly care, you will have full commercial control of the home and will work to develop an effective team who provide the quality care that all residents deserve.

You Will

Have the understanding of clinical management/governance

Be able to take responsibility to drive your team forward with excellent leadership, organisational and management skills

Have strong people skills and be able to build professional relationships

Be able to provide a safe environment for residents and staff

Understand safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
