CARE COORDINATOR

Gerrard’s Cross, Buckinghamshire

Salary range 24-26K (dependant on experience) based on 40 hour week

Ideally will be able to work alternate weekends, but no on call responsibilities.

Our fantastic, well established, fully CQC compliant home care provider is now seeking an experienced Care Coordinator. They cover the Gerrard’s Cross and nearby areas

Working under the Office Manager and Operations team you will be front of house, helping to run the office and coordinating a great care team.

Key Responsibilities for a Care Co-ordinator

Checking Domiciliary Carers Staff Files

Helping with Recruitment

Doing Rotas

Doing Rostering and helping update Care Plans on their new system.

Occasionally covering shifts in the community if you can’t find cover

This fantastic opportunity would suit either an experienced Care Coordinator or a Care Worker who is highly motivated, with sound IT knowledge to take the new step in their career.

About You

Experience as a Care Coordinator or Care Worker seeking a new challenge

Musty have good organisational skills and be able to work in a fast paced changeable environment.

Good telephone manner and people skills

Sound computer / IT skills

Previous experience of Domiciliary Care would be advantageous
