This is a role that would be suitable for someone who has experience as a Care Administrator or Care Coordinator and specifically well versed in managing customer and carer relationships. To be successful in this role you would need to be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, be able to multi task, manage your own time effectively and be an excellent communicator.

This role will give you a great opportunity to grow and take on extra responsibility, working within a busy Domiciliary Care Branch with a staff team who all support each other and work as a close knit Team. As care coordinator you will be required to: -

  • Manage staff rotas
  • Coordinate and maintain client schedules
  • Communicate with customers and Carers in a positive and professional manner, representing the company values and being helpful at all times
  • Take new client enquiry calls, manage administration and handover to the care manager
  • Support the care manager with recruitment
  • Manage and maintain client and carer records
  • Respond and resolve customer queries
  • Be able to prioritise your own workload and work well without constant supervision.
  • Develop relationships with carers and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
