We are a small independent Dom Care agencybased at the Beaumont Enterprise Centre in Leicester serving the UK with a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent service users these may include young people 16+, older people, those with a disability and people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes, residential care, and community. We are CQC compliant and at our last inspection in 2019 we were awarded ‘Good’ in all 5 key lines of enquiry.

Due to our continued growth, we would like to offer someone an opportunity to join our company on a permanent basis as our Care Coordinatorto manage a small team of Carers, carry out spot checks, supervisions, rota management, recruiting, inducting, and training and to be part of the on-call rota

We need someone who likes to be approached and has time for others as this can be quite a demanding and important role of responsibility. We are looking for someone who will champion our company culture and help to create an environment where everyone is happy to come to work.

Other responsibilities include carrying out visits and risk assessments and devising care plans that are tailored and detailed to each person requiring support and assistance. Administration and communication skills are essential for this role.

We are open to discussing the salary which will be dependent on experience within the role and Health and Social Care qualifications achieved. Ideally, we would like someone who understands the pressures of working in Domiciliary Care, however, if we feel that you have the competencies and you are eager to learn we will give your application full consideration.

We are advertising this position with a pay band of £22,000 to £24,000 and will support your development goals and will offer promotion where it’s due i.e., the next natural progression from here would be Deputy Manager. We will measure your progress and provide you with regular feedback.
