Care Assistants required by Upalong Residential Home for the elderly in Camberley, Surrey, which is a family-run business. Upalong is a small care home for 8 residents. We require carers to join our loyal and happy team to help us deliver the highest standard of care to our clients and assist them with daily living tasks which include personal care - assistance with washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, meal times, giving medication and engaging our clients in meaningful activities so that they get the most out of each day. Some cleaning and laundry duties also included.

Hours - up to 36 per week, to work mixed shifts on a rota basis, includes some evening and weekend working

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care an advantage as is previous care work experience in a residential setting. The postholder must be prepared to attend training courses and staff meetings, some of which may be held outside normal hours of work
