We currently have an opportunity for a full time Care Assistant to join the team at Eothen Homes (36 hours over 3 days). The successful candidate will be based at our Whitley Bay care home. We work on a three week rolling rota (including weekends), therefore the successful candidate must be flexible.

We are looking for someone who is intuitive and aware of what matters most in life, who can demonstrate compassion and empathy and who is committed to improving the quality of life for older people. Experience of working in a care setting could be an advantage but is not essential. A major part of your role will be to enable and support people to remain as independent as possible by adopting a person centered approach in an environment that feels like home.

The successful candidate will provide physical support and personal care to the residents of the home.
