Recently awarded an overall ’Good’ rating from the CQC Inspectors and 5* for Environmental Health, Beaufort Hall is looking for a positive and enthusiastic care staff to join our care team at our family owned and run Home.

We are happy to recruit staff with previous care experience and also those new to the role who want a job that makes a positive difference. We can be flexible with hours and shift patterns to ensure you are able to maintain a positive work/life balance. We need staff to cover day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Situated opposite Marine Lake we are based in a beautiful Edwardian building with sea views and can cater for up to 33 residents.
The role involves proving personal care for our residents ensuring their needs are met including social and emotional needs. If you feel this is for you, and you are organised, work to a high standard and are looking for a new start, we would love to hear from you.
