Keystone are currently looking to employ care assistants to work in the Yorkshire / Lancashire Area in Nursing Homes. We are offering Temporary and Permanent positions. Keystone are a long-standing Healthcare Recruitment Agency partnering; Local Councils, NHS trusts, Private facilities and we are a lead provider to many large care groups throughout the UK. What we need from you:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide clear and concise advice and guidance to a range of customers.

• Able to deal appropriately with challenging behavior from service users and/or their families and maintain a sympathetic and understanding attitude towards them.

• Able to build and maintain relationships with people from a wide variety of cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds.

• Ability to work as part of a team completing shared tasks in order to deliver a service to others. Dexterity and/or co-ordination skills necessary to provide personal care operate equipment and demonstrate activities.
• Ability to interpret information, such as service complaints, and then redirect them to the appropriate person to provide quick and accurate resolution.
• Exceptional time keeping skills

What we need from you:

•Willing to complete mandatory training or provide appropriate certificates for any undertaken

•Ideally 6 months paid experience working in a UK care environment

•Eligibility to work in the UK

•2 References

•A DBS to be completed or on the update service
