Keystone are currently looking to employ AGENCY care assistants to work in the Yorkshire / Lancashire Area in Nursing Homes. This role is predominantly for the York and Harrogate area.Please be aware you do need to have 6 months paid UK experience in this sector to be considered.

We are offering Temporary and Permanent positions & Flexible hours - we work around your availability!

What we need from you:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide clear and concise advice and guidance to a range of customers.
• Prepared to undertake the application process and supply all necessary documents and complete any paperwork.
• * Willing to complete mandatory training or provide appropriate certificates for any undertaken
• * Ideally 6 months paid experience working in a UK care environment
• * Eligibility to work in the UK - 2 forms of personal ID to be provided
• * 2 References
• * A DBS to be completed or on the update service*Subject to terms and conditions

• Able to deal appropriately with challenging behavior from service users and/or their families and maintain a sympathetic and understanding attitude towards them.

• Able to build and maintain relationships with people from a wide variety of cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds.

• Ability to work as part of a team completing shared tasks in order to deliver a service to others. Dexterity and/or co-ordination skills necessary to provide personal care operate equipment and demonstrate activities.

• Ability to interpret information, such as service complaints, and then redirect them to the appropriate person to provide quick and accurate resolution.

• Exceptional time keeping skills
