Are you an experienced Carer looking to be involved in providing care to patients within their own homes within your local community?

North Yorkshire Hospice Care have partnered with North Yorkshire County Council to work on a collaborative project to re-imagine home care in Reeth.

Working under the direction and supervision of the Head of HOME and in collaboration with NYCC, the Care Assistant will support patients with their health and social care requirements to support independent living within Reeth and the surrounding area.

Candidates will need to have experience of the care environment and understand patient centred care and have the confidence to work independently within the community. Knowledge of infection prevention and control, safeguarding best practices and health and safety will also be required in the role.

Visits will be variable times and lengths each day

Candidates will need to have a driving license and access to their own vehicle to travel between patient addresses.
