Leaders in Care UK is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join the team at our client’s care home in East Sussex. This full-time Care Assistant role comes with a rate of up to �13 per hour, many excellent benefits and the chance to work in a supportive environment.

As a skilled Care Assistant under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for residents’ physical and emotional well-being and social needs. You will also assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and helping with meals.

In your first few weeks in this Care Assistant role, you can expect to:

Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart

Ensure residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home

Help someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid

Offer emotional support to a confused or distressed resident

Deliver care to someone at the end of their life
