Caremark (Redcar and Cleveland) are currently recruiting care workers (with or without experience) to join our blue family within the Redcar and Cleveland areas.

We recruit care workers from all areas and allocate work locally to each individual which minimises travel time.

Caremark provide care to the elderly, people with physical or learning disabilities and Children enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

To Apply For This Position You Must

  • Be able to complete early and/or late home visits.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Providing the highest possible quality of care to our customers
  • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Assisting customers with daily living tasks, which may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, domestic duties and companionship
  • Ensuring customer confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Regular communication with the office team
Essential Requirements
  • A good level of written and spoken English
  • Be prepared to work towards a Diploma in Health and Society Care (if not already achieved )
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Permanent contracts available - 16, 20, 30 and 40 hours
  • Travel time between calls paid in full at £8.91 per hour regardless of age
