New/Used Car Sales Executive required in Gloucester.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a friendly sales and administration support team, you will be required to sell new and used vehicles ranging from compact electric city cars to large plug-in hybrid SUVs and everything in between. You will also sell various add-ons, accessories, and finance and insurance products with the aim of reaching and exceeding allocated sales targets and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress of their vehicle and advise customers of any potential delays that may progress. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranties, aftersales service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible, demonstrate the features of the vehicle and offer any other support that may be required.
Do you need prior car sales experience? In short, no!
In order to be eligible you will ideally live in the Gloucester region or within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester. Whilst previous car sales experience would be highly advantageous to our client, it is not essential provided you have strong and steady experience in a customer service/sales based role and have a passion to work in the motor trade and to build a prosperous career for yourself. The biggest thing to our client is that you are willing to put the customer service and experience first before the sale of a car. Overall you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential for the role.

- £20,000 basic salary with £50,000+ uncapped on-target annual earnings and a personal company car.
- Monday-Saturday with one scheduled day off in the week and 1 in 2 Sun required.

- Basic salary of £20,000 per annum.
- An uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £50,000+ per annum based on sales performance.
