We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Capital Projects team at our co-educational boarding school, the largest in the UK, based in Marlborough, Wiltshire.

With an exciting new 10-year Master Development Plan (MDP) and a major programme of refurbishment for boarding houses in flight, Marlborough College has the need for an ambitious Project Manager to join the Client team. The Project Manager will oversee complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-phase capital projects from concept to delivery and will direct the work of outside consultants and contractors to ensure that our programme is delivered in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner.

Recent capital projects include the building of Dancy House, a purpose-built 70 bed girls boarding house, the refurbishment of our Memorial Hall and the construction of a new 1000m2 Innovation Centre which is part of the College’s plan to improve the delivery of STEM subjects. The role will report to the Director of Capital Projects who has overall responsibility for this and other large scale building projects.
