We are currently recruiting for a Candidate Attraction Specialist to join our team at Maxxima. You will take responsibility for increasing and managing the division’s candidate pipeline through both reactive and proactive candidate sourcing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to enhance the candidate’s experience.

Our commitment to developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates means we are market leaders in matching talent in allied health, health science, nursing and social work to leading public and private health clients, local authorities and social care providers.
Every day you will…
- Process website enquiries, applicants and registrations from candidates as well as conduct pre-qualifying screenings to confirm candidate match the role requirements
- Manage your candidate pipeline via the database including changing status’ and assigning candidates to consultants
- Proactively seek out suitable new candidates to build the database from a range of sources – including LinkedIn, Job Boards and CV search functions.
- Utilise social media to market roles and our business to build better relationships within your sector and better social engagement with candidates
