InterQuest are delighted to be recruiting a Campaign Manager for a market leading logistics company established in 2009. The last couple of years saw them celebrate unprecedented growth, and they’re expecting 2023 to be even more exciting. They have raised £125 million in growth funding to support their expansion which will reinforce their position as the UK market leader. The role pays a competitive basic salary and has a hybrid working pattern in place.

Our client is about to launch their first TV Campaign and they’re looking for an ambitious Campaign Manager to join their fast-growing marketing team. You’ll focus on acquiring new customers through affiliate channels, above/below the line campaigns or any other creative way you can think of.

As their Campaign Manager you’ll be the first dedicated person in the team so you’ll need to be super hands on and have a passion for leadership as they will be looking to you to set the processes and strategy in place and then build a small team to deliver it. You will need to understand how to utilise different channels to access customers at the right ‘journey’ points and liaise with the wider marketing team to deliver on campaigns to help us with our ambitious growth plans.

What is expected of the Campaign Manager?

  • Deliver best in class creative campaigns across all media touch points and within a consistent brand framework Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to target and grow our core customer segments, while developing new segments where appropriate
  • Leverage customer, market and competitor insights to inform marketing strategy and execution
  • Ensure the achievement of key marketing performance, customer segment metrics and utilise data and analytics tools to help optimise performance
  • Build solid trust-based relationships internally and externally to help support key partnerships and affiliate acquisition channels, by creating a positive brand experience that leads to customer acquisition
  • Look across the media landscape to identify new opportunities that may be relevant and support brand growth
  • Build and lead a small team

What we look for in a Campaign Manager?

  • Experience of delivering integrated through-the-line customer-facing campaigns in on and offline channels such as TV, radio, out of home, press, social media, digital
  • A passion for management and some experience coaching/mentoring or managing small teams
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and track numerous key priorities and ensure execution/launch
  • High attention to detail and an ability to plan and juggle multiple deadlines
  • Proven ability in making things happen – translate solutions into creation and delivery of practical and workable marketing plans that have a commercial / business impact
  • Easily adopts change and demonstrates agility and flexibility when direction or priorities shift
  • One team mind-set
