We are recruiting a team of Campaign Assistants for an exciting short-term opportunity over December and January.

Predominantly making outbound calls, the successful candidates will contact subscribers to a large member based organisation in order to carry out a survey on contemporary issues.

You will be able to accept ownership for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour. This is a customer service type position, not a sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Make large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
  • Build relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
  • Attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role and familiarity with customer relationship management systems and practices
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  • Customer focus, and adaptability to different personality types

Working hours (full-time, 35 hours a week)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 15:30-20:30

Saturday, Sunday - 11:00-19:30

Start date

Thursday 1st December 2022. Position until Wednesday 10th January.

Salary

We are an accredited living wage employer, paying the real Living Wage of £10.90/hour.
