What will you be doing?

Other Duties Include

Reporting to and taking direction from The West Group’s Quality and Regulatory Manager, you will administer and maintain Calibration and Equipment Maintenance records, ensuring all equipment and measurement tools are serviced in timely manner.
  • Maintain and produce accurate calibration and equipment maintenance records, ensuring all equipment is being serviced within required period
  • Manage items sent off site for calibration, creating Service Call logs, arranging couriers and transport
  • Obtain quotes for calibration and equipment maintenance needs, raising and managing Purchase Requisition requests
  • Maintain Calibration Certification and files in SAP B1 software system
  • Assist Engineering Department with internal calibration requirements
  • Assist in the development and improvement of Calibration and Equipment Maintenance Procedures
  • Assist with internal audits
What do you need?

You Will Also Have

Our successful Calibration and Equipment Maintenance Coordinator will have knowledge and experience in dealing with quality measurement equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate with experience of MS Word and Excel, experience with SAP BS1 software desirable
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of calibration practices and theories
