Are you a CAD/CAM Programmer/Design Engineer looking to expand your skills in the manufacturing design field? Then we have an excellent opportunity for you! We have a fantastic manufacturing company who provides various services to a wide variety of customers and industries. The position has become available to assist the current design team. What will your day-to-day activities as a CAD/CAM Programmer/Design Engineer include? This position of CAD/CAM Programmer/Design Engineer will be based in the Pershore area working standard day time hours. The right candidate will be highly motivated, honest, trustworthy, and able to work with integrity. They must have the ability to work on their own initiative and have a pro-active approach to problem solving. What will you need to be considered for this CAD/CAM Programmer/Design Engineer opportunity?-Proficient in the use of CAD/CAM programming packages, to generate CAD/CAM drawings in both 2D and 3D design
  • Ability to identify and problem solve independently and as part of a team
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Must possess team building skills to communicate with other departments throughout the company
  • An understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous What’s on offer?
