Our client is an established agricultural engineer in Doncaster. Due to an expansion in work; they are seeking a CAD Technician for an office-based role. The candidate for this role will have strong people skills, be able to manage a wide variety of engineering processes and jobs, and be proficient with computers. Working hours will be Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4.30pm in addition to the following responsibilities:
- Competent in the use of Inventor 3D and 2D
- Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel
- Assisting the Design Office Manager Managing Cad/Drawing standards.
- Developing and maintaining (bill of material (BOM) creation, publishing Drawings etc.)
- General software troubleshooting.
- Developing new machinery when needed.
- Overseeing standard part design and documentation in conjunction with Design Office Manager.
- Programming of standard configurable machines General design troubleshooting and advice.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
