CAD Designer (Joinery) £35,000-£45,000 + Progression + Flexible hours + Company Benefits Salisbury Are you a CAD Designer from a Joinery background or similar? On offer is a varied and autonomous role where you will work on exciting and bespoke Joinery projects with a broad range of clients including Harrods and Dior within a well-established and rapidly growing company who are known for their long-term staff retention and ongoing progression opportunities. This company are a bespoke fit-out and joinery company who perform high-end joinery works for a varied range of clients, primarily residential. They currently have 75 employees and due to an increasing workload, they are now looking to grow their design team further. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work autonomously and within the CAD team of 5, as you liaise with other departments and work closely with the project estimator and architects. You will work from the initial architectural drawings to prepare and produce design briefs in addition to undertaking occasional site visitation and being the go-to point of contact for clients.This role would suit a CAD Designer from a Joinery background or similar looking for an autonomous and technical position within a well-established company who are known for their long-term staff retention and continual progression opportunities. The Role:
  • Varied work on bespoke Joinery projects
  • Designing on Autodesk Inventor (Training provided)
  • Working both autonomously and within the CAD team of 5
  • Being the go-to person for client relations* Work closely with Architects, Estimators and other departments The Person:* CAD Designer or similar* Joinery background
