Draughtsman / CAD Sign Designer

Location: Tonbridge

Salary:DOE.

Company: Industry leaders within sign manufacturing.

Role: Creating visuals for client approval working side by side with our sales & projects teams.
  • Taking briefs on client’s requirements to create drawings to meet the required specification & budget
  • Producing fully detailed manufacture drawings
  • Working on CNC machining files as well as print ready files for our graphics department to print directly
  • Setting up and working with print ready files for our graphics department to print directly from
  • Ensuring that all health, safety and environmental policies relating to your work area are adhered to by you at all times
  • Keep workstation and work area tidy and organised

Requirements
  • Experience in a recent CAD Designer position
  • Solid experience in CAD software (ideally SignLab & Solidworks.), Adobe creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with other CAD software such as Artios CAD, AutoCAD etc.
  • Experience in the signage industry is off an advantage or engineering / sheet metal background but not essential
  • Demonstrable attention to detail
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and conscientious team member
