Getaway builds tiny cabins, places them in the middle of nature, and rents them out by the night to people looking to disconnect and recharge. The housekeeper is the resident expert in taking care of our most prized possessions: our tiny cabins and the guests that rent them. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GLENNWOOD, WA & IS VERY REMOTE. A car & valid drivers license are required. Must be 18+ years of age, willing to undergo a background check. Housing available on-site is communal with private room & bathroom but communal common areas.

Overview
  • Starting hourly rate of $15-$16 DOE
  • Average 25-30 hours per week
  • Quarterly base rate increases based on performance
  • Paid vacation and sick time
  • Changing hours may include weekends, nights, short shifts, and long shifts
  • Reliability is critical; housekeeping experience is strongly preferred
  • All employees are expected to follow strict social distancing and safety guidelines
  • The position is located in Glennwood, WA
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring every cabin is perfectly deep cleaned for every guest. This includes disinfecting high-touch surfaces, making beds, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen areas, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
  • Laundering, cleaning, and spot treating linens
  • Ensuring back of house/preparation area is clean, organized, and orderly at all times
  • Anticipating potential guest issues and addressing them in advance whenever possible
  • Solving problems proactively in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
