Join our Projects & Programme Ecosystem team to deliver innovative solutions for Wiltshire Council.About The RoleAs a Senior Development Operations Engineer (IHD), you’ll use C# .Net and other programming languages to create cutting-edge solutions to business challenges. Your expertise will extend beyond traditional IIS deployments, as you’ll also work with Azure and other cloud components.We’re embarking on an agile technology delivery journey, and you’ll collaborate flexibly with the team, exploring various technologies.Working within a specific product team, you’ll contribute to the roadmap defined by the product owner, delivering business outcomes in sprints. Engaging actively in planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives, you’ll be an integral part of the team.Here are some technologies that you’ll use: .Net Core and Framework with C#, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server databases, Azure DevOps, including Azure pipelines, Blazor, MVC, SOAP and Web API REST services.About You
  • Experienced in configuring and deploying C#/.NET apps in an enterprise environment.
  • Quick learner, eager to adapt to new technologies.
  • Self-sufficient, excelsin understanding new technologies by reviewing documentationand collaborating with fellow engineers.
  • Strong multitasker in fast-paced settings.
  • Familiarity with Azure (App services, Azure functions, ARM templates) is a bonus.
