This individual needs to be enthusiastic and motivated; acting as a leader and voice of their team, caring about software quality, and able to instil best practices for their developers and the software.You should be comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment to tight timelines with developers, consultants, testers, programme and development management all working together to deliver for our clients.This is a fantastic opportunity to realise a best-in-class development team, working on industry-leading software.
