Gerrard White is currently seeking a C# Developer to join a highly experienced existing team within this market leading insurance group to work on their Motor and Home insurance claims application suite. This comprises of bespoke solutions, built and maintained in-house and contains various applications that service the insurer for both claims, and underwriting processes so any industry knowledge is also valuable.

The potential candidate would have experience of Microsoft stack application development including C#, ASP.Net Framework and Core, MVC & SQL and be looking to expand their knowledge of Cloud first development with Azure server-less functions and Azure Service Bus

As a member of one of our exciting and collaborative teams you will be responsible for all aspects of the development lifecycle from estimation of backlog items thru development, defect resolution and delivery into the production environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, rectifying technical issues, and collaborate on design and improvement of our applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain Cloud / MS Azure knowledge but any existing experience would be advantageous.

Suitable candidates will have 2yrs+ experience C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL) within a similar Agile development team with any previous insurance experience beneficial.

This role can be based remotely up to 4 days per week but you should be able to work in the Tunbridge Wells, Kent office 1-2 days per week.
