Implementation Specialist, SaaS, Software, Onboarding clients, Meetings, Customer requirments, Demonstrations, Demos, Support Training Sessions.

An exciting Software (SaaS) company are looking for an Implementation Specialist to help onboarding of clients, complete demonstrations and support training sessions.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Attend Kick off meetings with IM

- Take notes during meetings

- Attend conference calls and meetings with IM to review progress with Customer

- Gather customer requirements and create user stories

- Customize the client’s system to suit their individual needs

- Demonstrate the system and its features to customers

- Test and troubleshoot the final setup of the clients system of the system and creating jira

tickets

- Work in line with their ISMS - ISO27001

- Answer customer questions on GDPR issues

- Liaise with the Biometric and Support manager to ensure hardware install and support.

- Support training sessions, classroom based, Webex or telephone

Experience/Skills:

- The ability to engage with a customer at all management levels including retail staff, head office

staff and senior management.

- Strong relationship building and influencing skills

- Business analysts skills or experience in scoping out requirements would be an advantage.

Competence with project management and issue tracking tools

Some account management experience would be an advantage

Appreciation of the latest legal/regulatory and compliance issues and requirements.
