Main Accountabilities

Maintain data bases in particular Vendor Price Lists
Work closely with Planning and Quality functions to assure Quality and Service Requirements
Ownership of Master Projects and Savings (MP&S) to insure all actual and forecasted savings are accurately reported
Work with Procurement head to ensure Continuous Improvement Process, Sourcing is updated and continually aligned with business needs

Resale

To assure all resale products are procured at best “Total Cost” also ensuring all supplier quality and service requirements are met
To actively support growth opportunities in resale items ensuring all suppliers pass the necessary onboarding requirements
Implement strategies to reduce supplier lead-time whilst at all time understanding and obtaining necessary internal approvals concerning financial liabilities.
Engaging with other functions, in particular, product management to maintain full business alignment with strategic growth plans

Transport and Logistics

Manage complete value stream from tender to invoice approval assuring best Total Cost
Work closely to assure full compliance with our client’s contractual requirements
Implement Forwarder Service level KPI
Ensure optimal cost compliance – Mode vs Vendor
Maintain ELIP EU spend analytics
