As a key member of our purchasing team the buyer is responsible for the company’s procurement of a wide range of AV hardware and software solutions for our commercial clients throughout the UK. This includes Video Conferencing, Audio Systems with DSP’s, Video Distribution systems, Screens, Projectors and other such AV hardware. You will also oversee the strategic acquisition of goods and services for the business, such as assets & subscriptions.

You will be an individual who can naturally build strong, long lasting relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms of contract and pricing, sourcing new suppliers as required with the ability to negotiate preferential pricing and lead times.

You will work effectively with the projects team and pre-sales on stock restraints and supply chain risks, tracking and managing deliveries ensure business critical dates are met. Clear communication if wanted dates are at risk of not being met.
