Buyer – Grantham – Full Time – Permanent – £35-40K – 25 days holiday + Stats

Job Description

We are seeking a Buyer to join our well established Engineering company in Grantham.

Duties Of The Buyer Will Include

• Pricing all materials for production.
• Advising the Operations team of product costs.
• Organising and management of the component system.
• Preparing and maintaining cost reports along with Stock Control
• Negotiating terms with suppliers once contracts are secured and ensuring quality of
  

goods.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced buyer with an Engineering and product background. The ideal person will possess excellent communication skills and have have a keen eye on keeping costs down but ensuring the quality of products is keep to the highest standard.

You must be computer literate and understand stock systems

Benefits

Full Time – 39 hours per week (7am – 4.15pm Monday – Thursday and 7am – 11am on Fridays) – Permanent – Free Parking – 25 days holiday annually (plus stats)
