Manpower is currently recruiting for a Butcher to join our client’s team in Broxburn, West Lothian on a temp to perm basis.

Work will be carried out Monday to Friday 6am - 2.20pm

Depending on your skills, you will work on a production line, trimming and deboning primals of beef at a line pace or you will work on a vertical carni liberator system, deboning beef quarters at a line pace. Pay will be depending on how you are graded after a knife skills test, it will be between £10.42 - £13.91.

Skills And Experience
  • Minimum of 6 months butchery experience preferred
  • Experience of de-boning/trimming on a pace line
  • Experience of carni liberator would be advantageous but not essential
  • The ability to respond positively to change and work well under pressure
