Hours: 35 hours per week

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Business Administrator Tutor/ Assessor.

The Tutor/Assessor is responsible for a teaching and assessing a caseload of students participating in Business Administration Apprenticeships.

The successful candidate will:

  • Business Qualification Lv3 or above
  • Assessor Award (desirable)
  • Good level of maths, English and ICT
  • Teaching Qualification (Desirable)
  • Empathy with young people.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving performance targets.
  • Proven track record of imparting skills and learning to others.
  • Desire to assist learners achieve their career and learning aspirations.
  • High level of self-motivation - ability to work on own initiative.
  • Clear proactive approach to planning, organising, prioritising workload.
  • Good problem solving / decision making skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills.
