Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Manager within the Central Area Mental Health Services, working as a valued member of the Senior Leadership team.

The Business Support Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and management of relevant systems and processes and transformations across the Central. Oversight of the administrative functions supporting the administrative manager is a primary role of the Business Support Manager to ensure core services run effectively.

This role will involve working closely across all teams/services within Mental Health in the Central area as well as engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within the Mental Health Division and also within the wider Health Board.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking with excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous administrative experience, project management skills with the ability to deliver against competing deadlines is essential.

The base will be within the Ablett Unit and there will be a requirement to travel between sites on occasion. We would welcome a discussion with any interested candidates.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
