Full-time – 35 hours per week, open-ended contract
The Opportunity:
The Estates Business Services Team is a fully integrated range of professional support services delivered across the Department. The team are responsible for specific functions including governance policy; records, data and information management; direct business support; procurement; and audit and risk.
The role of the Business Support Co-ordinator is to provide high quality, efficient, flexible and professional business support within the Estates Department. The post holder will provide a range of business support tasks including administrative processes and services; updating information systems, records and databases; following financial processes, processing invoices and purchase orders; and providing support for a variety of meetings across the Department including minuting and distributing meeting papers.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Well organised with good planning skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and also to work as part of a team
- Good written communication and customer care skills
- High degree of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook and Excel
- Relevant experience in a similar business support role
